Our current hourly rate is a highly competitive €90 per hour.
Standard Fee – Tribunal/Hearings
We have developed a Fixed-Fee Employment Tribunal Representation offering covering the three steps of an Employment Tribunal Claim:
Preparation of claim submission
Dealing with WRC and other parties
Pre hearing review and/or case management discussion
Attendance and preparation for the employment tribunal hearing
Based on the complexity of your case a fee will be agreed with you in advance of any work being carried out.
No Win – No Fee
We might be able to help you. If you have been dismissed from you job, made redundant or have experienced any other issues with your employment you might have a case. If we think that your claim has prospects of success and you have no other funding arrangements available to you we may be able to help you on a no-win, no-fee basis.
This means that, if your claim has merit and there are no other (more suitable) funding arrangements available to you, we can help you without charging you upfront. Then, ultimately, if you cannot settle your claim or you lose at tribunal, we will not take a fee from you. If, however, we are able to achieve a settlement or win your case for you, then we will take a percentage of your damages or compensation as our fee. This will always be a fixed percentage which includes the VAT, so even if the cost of the work we have done exceeds the percentage we are entitled to take, we will not ask you for any additional money. That way, you can be sure of exactly how much our fees will be if you win and that they won’t exceed your damages, and that you won’t be burdened with legal fees if you lose.
