Employment Law Matters was founded in 2012 by David Bowe who has a wealth of real-world experience in General and HR Management across a wide range of service industries. His passion for employment law and his ability to help businesses resolve their employee challenges quickly and cost effectively was his motivation for starting Employment Law Matters. He also recognised a need to offer SMEs a low cost alternative to a solicitor. David has extensive Employment Law experience and in particular at tribunal level. Prior to founding Employment Law Matters he was a partner in Bowe & Associates, Accountant and Business Management Consultants before returning to fulltime study in Employment Law and Legal Studies.
Our mission is to give every SME the means to deal with difficult and everyday people issues and to remove the confusion and fears often associated with Employment Law for small and medium sized business.
